As you can see we have a wonderful class.

Our class will be writing paragraphs about the things we are learning this year. We are studying magnets, elapsed time and angles, reading all kinds of graphs and charts, reviewing adjectives and verbs, and learning about Susan B. Anthony.

Great Mail Race

We recently wrote a 3rd grade class in Clinton, Missouri, at Henry Elementary School.
We told them all about Williams Heights and Waycross, Georgia. We sent them an alligator foot, an alligator tooth necklace, and an Okefenokee Swamp mug. We also sent a picture of our class that we had taken in front of the school. It was fun!

Our class had two students move away and one new student joined our class so we now have 12 members . We are busy studying geometry, habitats, and learning to use references.
Five of our class members are on a WINGS field trip today to Jekyll Island to see the sea turtles. We hope they are having a good time and will share with us about their adventure tomorrow.
